Hats and headpieces are made to order.  Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming this and with any additional information needed such as head size for fitted hats etc.

You will be kept informed of progress during making and Kate will email you when the piece is ready to ship. 

Most pieces are only available in the colour options  in the online shop - this is because Kate works with bespoke dressmakers in the UK to use unused rich silks and organzas to work in a sustainable and "circular" way.  This wirks towards zero waste and also increases the exclusivity of the pieces - it's very unlikely you will bump into anyone else waring the same hat to an event!

If, however, you have a specific colour needed for an event then please get in touch to see if Kate can source materials specifically.  This may incur a small extra charge to cover postage and time.
